Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

This site is deliberately simple, and so is what it collects. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to give us through the contact form: your name, email address, and whatever message you write. There are no accounts, no cookies, and no analytics or ad-tracking scripts running on this site.

2. How we use it

When you submit the contact form, we use your name, email, and message for one thing: to read your inquiry and reply to you. We send an internal notification to our own inbox and a short automatic acknowledgement to the email address you provided, confirming we got your message. We don’t use this information for marketing lists, and we don’t sell or rent it to anyone.

3. Who else sees it

Two categories of service providers are involved in getting your message to us and this page to you: our hosting provider (Vercel), which runs the site and the contact-form function, and our email provider, which delivers the notification and acknowledgement emails. Both process this data only as part of providing that infrastructure — neither is given access to use it for their own purposes.

4. How long we keep it

Contact-form submissions live in our email inbox for as long as normal email retention applies, so we can refer back to a conversation if you follow up. We don’t maintain a separate marketing database of site visitors or form submissions.

5. Your choices

If you’d like us to delete a message you sent us, or you have any other question about data we hold on you, email hello@ayyatsoft.com and we’ll take care of it.

6. Changes to this policy

If what this site collects or how we use it changes — for example, if we add analytics down the line — we’ll update this page and the date below rather than change our practices quietly.
