These terms cover your use of this website (ayyatsoft.com) — browsing it, reading it, and submitting the contact form. They don’t cover a client engagement itself: any project we build together is governed by a separate written agreement (a proposal, statement of work, or contract) that we’ll agree on directly before any paid work starts. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement wins.

Everything on this site — service descriptions, process explanations, showcase content — is provided to give you a sense of what AyyatSoft does and how we work. It’s not a quote, a guarantee of availability, or a binding offer. Pricing, scope, and timelines for real work are set case by case, after we’ve actually talked about what you need.

The contact form is for genuine project inquiries. Please don’t use it to send spam, unsolicited advertising, or anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful. We may ignore or block submissions that look like misuse. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to the information you send us.

The site’s design, text, and graphics belong to AyyatSoft (or are used with permission) and aren’t licensed to you by visiting the page. You’re welcome to link to the site or quote it with attribution; please don’t reproduce it wholesale or pass it off as your own.

The site is provided “as is.” We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it’s error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose beyond giving you information about AyyatSoft. To the extent the law allows, AyyatSoft isn’t liable for damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

We may update these terms as the site or the business changes. The “last updated” date below reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you’re fine with the update.
